I'm sure we've all heard that stress can really impair weight loss.
Well, I'm hoping that is not what happens this week!
Goal: to lose 2 lbs. this week each!
Check in later this week to see if that goal was obtained.
Another issue:
Real Hunger vs. Head Hunger
This is something I've really been struggling with this week.
Am I really hungry? Or am I just craving something and saying "Wow! I'm Hungry!"
Is my stomach REALLY rumbling, or is it my head saying "YES! I WANT FOOD!"
It's a hard balance, and it is something that I'm trying to learn.
